Fanny Marie Brisdet
Fanny Marie Brisdet graduated in Dutch law at the University of Amsterdam (2005) and in French law the University of Burgundy (1997). She studied a semester at the German University Johannes Gutenberg in Mainz-am-Main and did a postgraduate in human rights at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Européennes in Strasbourg (1998).
In 2000, Fanny Marie Bridset established herself in the Netherlands. She worked for over five years in the financial and trust services sector for an international leading Dutch firm and was managing director of the Luxmembourg office for the same group. In 2006, Fanny Marie Brisdet joined the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs as senior government policy advisor for competition and consumers policy, where she in addition was coordinator for the European competition policy. In this capacity, she dealt with law-making and pursued negotiations with the European Commission and other Member States.
Fanny Marie Brisdet is president of the Foundation for French-Dutch lawyers, a member of the l'Association Henri Capitant and a member of the Dutch association for competition law.

Brigitte Spiegeler
Brigitte Spiegeler graduated in 1995 from the University of Amsterdam in Dutch law and European Studies. In 1992, she studied French law for a year at the Université Pierre Mendès France Grenoble II. After her graduation she received a scholarship to participate in Germany in an exchange of the Deutsche Akademische Austausch Dienst (DAAD).
From 1997 to 2001 she worked as a lawyer in Amsterdam. As a lawyer, she has extensive experience in legal services to companies, non-profit organizations and (foreign) governments. From 2002 to 2008 she worked with the Ministry of Economic Affairs as a senior policy advisor on Intellectual Property. In this work she was leading research projects on intellectual property and she did negotiations in a national, European and international context. She was also responsible for legislation in the field of Intellectual Property. In 2008 she graduated successfully in fine arts at the Royal Academy of Arts in the Hague.
Brigitte Spiegeler is co-author of the Kluwer Lexplicatie volume 'European and international trade mark law’ and ‘Enforcement of intellectual property rights for small and medium enterprises’, published by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs.
Brigitte Spiegeler is a member of the Dutch association for copyright and board member of the l'Association Henri Capitant. Additionally, she is president of the legislative committee of the Benelux association for Trademarks and Designs (BMM).

Anne-Claire van Emde Boas
Anne-Claire van Emde Boas graduated in 2011 from the University of Groningen in International and European law. During her study she was active for the law faculty association and organized in 2009 the House of Commons debate and several other juridical debates and activities. In 2009, she was involved in the organization of the French film festival “Ciné Premières”. In 2010 she did an internship at BRISDET SPIEGELER Attorneys at law. She completed her study with a master thesis on “Cartel prohibition in the banking sector: the Netherlands, France, Europe”. In June 2011, the review Banking & Finance published an article about the master thesis. She has joined BRISDET SPIEGELER Attorneys at law as an attorney at law in 2011.
Anne-Claire is participating in the Foundation for French-Dutch lawyers.
